Burns, Figa & Will, P.C., Names Merc Pittinos as New Shareholder
Greenwood Village, CO – January 20, 2011 – Burns, Figa & Will, P.C., is pleased to announce that David M. “Merc” Pittinos has been named as a shareholder of the firm.
Mr. Pittinos focuses on complex business and real estate litigation and advises clients in real estate transactions. He has represented clients in trials, appeals, and arbitrations and has written and lectured on real estate issues. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 2004, where he was the Managing Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review, and received his A.B. in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University in 1996.
