Greenwood Village, CO – Herrick K. Lidstone, Esq. a partner at Burns, Figa & Will,will present “LLCs: From Formation to Special Issues”; at the National Business Institute. Lidstone will present the workshop with Alan Sparkman; a founding partner of the law firm Sparkman, Shaffer, Perlick, LLP.

He has lectured at the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies, University College of Law, and has been a speaker for various professional organizations. Mr. Lidstone has written numerous articles on business and securities law published in the Colorado Lawyer. He has published the Securities Law Deskbook and is a contributor to several other legal treatises.
