Biography
Jennifer M. Osgood is an associate at Burns, Figa & Will. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and business law.
Ms. Osgood is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Prior to joining Burns, Figa & Will, Ms. Osgood worked as an associate with Irwin & Boesen, P.C., where she focused primarily on mass tort litigation.
Ms. Osgood graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 2003. She was a World Bank Research Fellow, and co-published an article entitled "Gender Based Property Interests as a Tool for Valuation in Involuntary Resettlement Projects" for the World Bank. Ms. Osgood also served as Business Editor for the Syracuse Law Review, and as a teaching assistant for both torts and the law school’s first-year research and writing program.
Ms. Osgood is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.
