Biography
Peter F. Waltz is an associate at Burns, Figa & Will, P.C. His practice is focused in the areas of corporate and securities law.
Mr. Waltz is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Waltz is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.
Mr. Waltz graduated Order of St. Ives. While in law school Peter served as a research assistant for a corporate and ethics professor. Further, during law school Mr. Waltz served as the issue editor for the Preventive Law Reporter.
Prior to law school Mr. Waltz worked in the financial industry and passed the series 7 exam to become registered representative. Peter grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and in his spare time enjoys hiking, skiing, running and reading American history novels.
