Genevieve M. Bernal is an associate at Burns, Figa & Will. Her practice focuses primarily in commercial litigation.

Genevieve is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the State of Illinois, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to working at Burns, Figa & Will, Genevieve worked in Chicago, Illinois, where she focused primarily on pharmaceutical mass tort litigation.

During law school, Genevieve worked in the DePaul University College of Law Disability Rights Clinic and was the Symposium Editor for the DePaul Journal of Sports Law & Contemporary Problems.

Genevieve is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association.
