Merc Pittinos is an Associate at Burns, Figa & Will, P.C. He focuses his practice in the areas of Commercial and Real Estate Litigation.

Merc's trial experience includes jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration proceedings. He also has represented clients before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court.

While in law school, Merc served as the Managing Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review. His honors included a Student Leadership Award for helping to establish the University of Denver College of Law's Loan Repayment Assistance Program. He received American Jurisprudence Awards in Hazardous Waste and Toxic Substances and Lawyering Process and the Earthjustice Award for Environmental Advocacy.

Merc is admitted to practice in Colorado state and federal courts.

Merc is a board member of the Duke Club of Colorado and an alumni member of the University of Denver Loan Repayment Assistance Program. He also volunteers with the Colorado Lawyers Committee.
