Andrea E. Welter is an associate at Burns, Figa & Will, P.C. Her practice is focused in the areas of corporate and securities law.

Andrea is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Andrea is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association Business and Tax Sections. Andrea is also active in the Minoru Yasui Inn of Courts where she currently serves as a group leader.

While in law school Andrea served as a Senior and Staff editor for the Denver University Law Review.
